F&B MANAGER RUSSIAN SPEAKING

We are looking for a Professional able to take charge the start up of our stores, whom will have the important job to bring in Russia two of the best cults of our country, like pizza and ice cream.
This new format must find the perfect balance between the original Italian recipes and the innovative Russian trends.
Requirements:
Knowledge of the main KPI of restaurant management;
Experience on recruiting, training and managing staff;
Able to keep constant relationship with Italian and Russian suppliers;
Organisation of orders and maintenance of storehous;
Great qualities of leadership;
Available to move to Russia.
Languages:
Level C2 of Russian
Level C1 of at least one language between Italian or English
Contract:
Full Time contract for the first 6 month, finalized to a permanent one
Qualification as F&B Manager
Salary gauged from the experience
Bonuses for achieving targets
Benefits useful for the progress of the project
The first area of growth is Moscow and surroundings.
